What is Offer Rating?
Offer Rating is a feature we have explicitly created to listen to you, and capture your feedback. With Offer Rating you can tell us which offers you appreciate the most. The feedback helps us narrow down our negotiation efforts, and focus on bringing you more of what you like. Look for the Offer Rating feature on every offer detail page, and use it to voice your opinion. The more offers you rate, the better!
How are the Best Price offers determined?
All offers are ranked based on their overall thumbs up/thumbs down rating. If an offer receives an overall rating of 75% or more, it is deemed a Best Price offer.
How is an offer's overall thumbs up/thumbs down rating determined?
The overall rating is calculated based on the following criteria:
  • The percentage of positive vs. negative ratings
  • The number of positive ratings
  • The number of total ratings
  • The rating frequency (how many users rated the offer within a period of time)
The rating is displayed in the Offer Rating box as a percentage (from 0 to 100%.) The higher the percentage, the better the offer rating.
How do I rate an offer?
On any offer detail page, look for the Offer Rating feature, and just click on the Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down image to cast your vote. It's that easy!
Can I change my rating of an offer?
Yes. Go to the offer detail page, click on "Changed your mind?" and you will be allowed to re-cast your vote.
