Why can't I find the merchant I am looking for?
  • Sometimes offers are only featured for a limited time before they expire. Please check the expiration dates and details regarding the offer.
  • Try using the search feature located at the top of the website. If you still cannot find the merchant you are looking for click on the "More Categories" button in the navigation and look for your item under the specific categories.
Why do I receive an error message when I try to log on to my website?
  • Check to make sure your browser accepts cookies. Go to your browser ‘options’ and check your privacy setting. Make sure your setting allows cookies.
How do I update personalized offers account information?
  • Click on the "Personalized Offers Account" link located at the top right hand side of the screen. You can update your account information in the "Personalized Offers Account" section.
How do I redeem the discounts and other offers listed on the website?
  • In-store discounts: When a discount is offered in store, there will be a coupon available on the offer detail page. Click on ‘print coupon’ and use your browser’s print function to print the coupon. Present this coupon in-store for your discount.
  • Online discounts: Some offers may only be redeemed online. In this case there will be a link to the merchant website on the offer detail page. In some cases you will need to enter a discount code as you check out on the merchant website. That code is also listed on the offer detail page. In some cases the discount will be calculated automatically when you check out at the merchant website. This is the case when there is no discount code listed on the offer detail page.
Why don’t I see a discount applied to my order after I’ve entered the online discount code?
  • In most cases the discount will appear at the end of your purchase, at checkout. Make sure you haven’t selected an item that the merchant has excluded from the offer. Sometimes, the offers do not apply to certain brands or items, so double check your order.
I ordered a product through the program but have not received my shipment.
  • Please contact the customer service department of that merchant for inquiries as to the status of your order.
After I log on, a "Security Alert" message appears. What should I do?
  • After submitting your login information you may get a "Security Alert" message. This is standard Internet set up for a site that has a secure login process. All subsequent logins and "Personalized Offers Account" activities occur using the secure site; however browsing is done using the non-secure site. To enter the site you will have to click "YES." If you click "NO" you will not enter the site after login. After clicking "YES" and entering the site your information is secure
